Short version: this site sets no cookies, counts visits only in aggregate, and asks for your details only when you request a demo or ask for the monthly numbers.
Ariadne Labs, the maker of MitOS, operating ariadnelabs.eu. For anything in this notice, write to hello@ariadnelabs.eu.
The demo request form asks for your name, company, email, role, project type, message, and optionally how you found MitOS. When you send it, the form also records which page of this site you came from, so we know which pages lead to requests; nothing is stored on your device. We process this information for one purpose: to respond to your request (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Submissions are delivered to our mailbox by Web3Forms, a form relay service, and kept only as long as needed to handle your request; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
If you write to hello@ariadnelabs.eu to receive the monthly numbers, we use your email address for one purpose: to send you one short email a month with the figures from our data pages (legal basis: your consent, GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). We keep the address until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time by replying "stop", and we do not share it with anyone.
This site sets no cookies and embeds no advertising or trackers. We count visits in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, no fingerprinting, and stores no personal data; it tells us how many people visited and which pages, not who they are.
The site is served by Netlify, which keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and operation of the service.
When you open the home page, the site checks which country your connection comes from, so that visitors from Greece, Italy and Switzerland land directly on their own edition. Nothing is stored and no cookie is set.
Under the GDPR you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability, and you can lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Contact us and we will act on it.
